Company formation and legal structure

• Incorporation and registration of the Company in the United Arab Emirates, in a Free Zone, including the drafting of the Company Statute and the formal appointment of the Director;
• Drafting of employment contracts for the Director and any additional employees, in full compliance with applicable local regulations;

Immigration, visas, and residence

• Full management of the issuance of the entry visa to the United Arab Emirates for the Director and authorized staff;
• Issuance of the Residence Visa for all included persons;
• Collection and delivery of the Emirates ID, at G1 Services offices in Dubai or via international shipping to Italy;

Exclusive accompaniment and representation

• Dedicated accompaniment with a luxury car (Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce) to:
• authorized medical facilities for medical examinations;
• government offices for biometric registration;
• relevant offices for the issuance of the Emirates ID;

Personal escort and operational support

• inside the clinic, up to the medical room for testing, with the medical result released in approximately 30 minutes instead of the usual waiting times;
